Sometimes a great adventure begins with a surprise - and that was the case with our holiday home. We bought the house from 1975 without having seen it from the inside. What awaited us was a shock: massive water damage, food left behind by the last tenants and even a half-full coffee cup on the table. The condition was catastrophic.
But with a lot of energy, passion and heart and soul, we renovated the house from the ground up. First we had to clear out everything, tear it out and make room for something new. Then we completely modernized everything - from the electrics and water pipes to the windows and roof and even the garden.
