Non-smoking apartments

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. This also applies to e-cigarettes, shisha, and similar devices. Smoking is permitted in the garden with the door to the house closed. In the event of violations, a minimum cleaning fee of EUR 250.00 will be assessed.

No pets

Pets are not permitted in the building. If a pet is kept in a unit without permission, a flat-rate special cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged.

Rest periods

Noise in the booked apartment and the surrounding area must be avoided. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. ("quiet hours").

No parties

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, compensation for the additional cleaning costs, including any loss of revenue resulting from the unreasonable subletting of the apartment due to the incident, will be charged in the amount of EUR 500.00. Decibel sensors are installed in the apartment. These sensors do not record voices or conversations, but are used to detect excessive noise.

Street shoes

Please remove your street shoes to the left of the apartment door, as we have delicate parquet floors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Regular ventilation

The holiday home is very well insulated and requires regular ventilation. Please open all windows at least in the morning and evening to ensure adequate ventilation.
