non-smoking apartments
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. This also applies to e-cigarettes, shisha and similar devices. Smoking in the garden is permitted when the door to the house is closed. In the event of a violation, compensation for cleaning costs of at least EUR 250.00 will be assessed.
No pets
Bringing (pets) into the house is not permitted. If a pet stays in a unit without permission, a flat rate of EUR 150.00 will be charged for a special cleaning fee.
rest periods
Noise in the booked apartment and the surrounding area should generally be avoided. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (“quiet times”).
No parties
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, compensation for the additional cleaning costs, including any loss of revenue from the unreasonable subletting of the apartment due to the incident, will be demanded in the amount of EUR 500.00. Sensors for measuring decibels are installed in the apartment. These sensors do not record voices or conversations, but are used to detect excessive volume.

Please take off your street shoes to the left of the apartment door, as we have a sensitive parquet floor. Thank you for your cooperation.
Regular ventilation
The holiday home is very well insulated and needs to be aired regularly. Please open all windows at least in the morning and evening to ensure adequate ventilation.
